1. Place your hands on your hips. Bend at the waist as far forward as you can go.
2. Pause in this position and squeeze your abs for a 3-count.
3. Come back up to a full standing position.
4. Bend back as far as you can go, then immediately return to the start position.
Side Bends

1. Extend one arm overhead and keep the other arm by your side.
2. Bend your body directly to the side.
3. Allow the downward arm to slide along your thigh until you can’t go any further.
4. Bring your body upright while tightening your mid-section.
