Front & Back Bends

1.​ Place your hands on your hips. Bend at the waist as far forward as you can go.

2.​ Pause in this position and squeeze your abs for a 3-count.

3.​ Come back up to a full standing position.

4.​ Bend back as far as you can go, then immediately return to the start position.

Side Bends

1.​ Extend one arm overhead and keep the other arm by your side.

2.​ Bend your body directly to the side.

3.​ Allow the downward arm to slide along your thigh until you can’t go any further.

4.​ Bring your body upright while tightening your mid-section.
